Accessibility

We want every guest to arrive easily and rest well. If something about the house would make your stay harder, tell us before you book and we’ll work it out together.

Our accessible room

One of our rooms is designed as a fully accessible guest room. It is on the first floor of the house. When you book it, it is held for you and taken off general sale, so it is there when you arrive.

Before you book, we’re happy to describe the room and its bathroom in detail, including the shower, door widths, bed height and the route from the street to your door, so you can judge whether it meets your needs.

Arriving

Maison Kesh is self check-in: your key arrives on your phone before your stay, and a real person answers your text at any hour. If you would like help planning your arrival, including drop-off and the route into the house, message us ahead of time.

Service animals

Trained service animals are always welcome at no charge and are not subject to our pet weight limit or pet fee.

This website

We aim for this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation and larger text. If any part of the site is hard to use, or you’d prefer to book by phone, text or email, contact us and we’ll help directly.
